For added flexibility and convenience, sessions can be hosted at your preferred location, including traveling directly to you, meeting at your gym, private training space, or approved fitness facilities such as Planet Fitness or Crunch Fitness. A gym membership or access to a suitable workout location is required for all participants.

The Buddy Plan is a high-intensity, bodybuilding-focused grind built for individuals who want to train alongside me in a real gym environment while pushing their limits through heavy lifting, conditioning, and endurance work. This 3-hour training experience is inspired by the intensity of HYROX and CrossFit style preparation, combining strength training, functional movements, and cardio conditioning into one challenging and rewarding session.

Unlike traditional hands-on personal training, the Buddy Plan is designed as a shared workout experience where you train with me rather than being coached every second of the session. Because of this structure, the program is offered at a discounted rate while still providing guidance, motivation, workout programming, and an intense, supportive atmosphere designed to help you grow physically and mentally.
